The Rules and Regulations define the order regulations as well as the principles of reservation and stay of Guests at the IND.U Apartments facility.
- The Rules and Regulations define the housekeeping regulations and the rules of providing services, responsibility and stay in the IND.U Apartments facility in Kołobrzeg (ul. Spokojna 19, 78-100 Kołobrzeg) and are an integral part of the sub-rental agreement, which is concluded between the Guest and the operating entity (Partner Expert Investments spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation and paying a deposit or the whole amount due for the stay in IND.U Apartments. By performing the above-mentioned actions, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the conditions of these Rules and Regulations in their entirety.
- The Terms and Conditions apply to all persons staying at IND.U Apartments, including Guests as well as guests staying at IND.U Apartments.
- The managing entity is Partner Expert Investments spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its seat in Kołobrzeg (ul. Szpitalna 7, 78-100 Kołobrzeg).
Check-in day
- A full day’s stay is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the following day.
- An extension of the stay is possible in case of availability at IND.U Apartments.
Reservation and check-in
- The basis for checking in a Guest is showing a photo ID to the Reception employee and signing the check-in card.
- Persons who are not registered at IND.U Apartments may stay as guests on the premises of IND.U Apartments until 22:00.
- The operator of IND.U Apartments reserves the right to charge a credit card pre-authorisation at check-in or to collect a cash deposit in the amount due for the entire stay.
- The reservation is guaranteed if a prepayment of 50% of the value is made within 3 days of the reservation. Failure to make a prepayment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- If a Guest’s stay at IND.U Apartments has been booked between 1.07 and 15.09 each year, the operator of IND.U Apartments will have the right to charge the Guest for the entire scheduled stay.
- In case that the Guest cancels his/her stay during the duration of the stay day, the operator of IND.U Apartments will not refund the fee for the respective stay day or for the booked stay.
Liability
- IND.U Apartments is not liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for theft or loss of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value, if these items have not been deposited and placed in a safe. IND.U Apartments reserves the right to refuse to accept items for deposit.
- Children under 12 years of age should be on IND.U Apartments premises under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused by the children.
- The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of IND.U Apartments’ equipment and technical devices, caused by the action or omission of the Guest or visitors. In particular, the Guest is responsible for damage to room furnishings, including hard-to-remove dirt on mattresses and upholstered elements. The entity running IND.U Apartments has the right to charge the Guest with the costs of removing the damage or replacing the equipment elements with new ones.
- The Guest is obliged, within one hour of check-in, to report to the Reception of the IND.U Apartments any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical facilities of the room occupied by him/her at the IND.U Apartments, which may have occurred prior to the Guest’s use of the accommodation services. Failure to report the aforementioned defects within the time period indicated above will result in the presumption that the damage and destruction referred to in this clause has occurred as a result of an act or omission of the Guest or his/her visitors, for which the Guest will be held responsible.
- In the event of violation of the provisions of the Rules and Regulations, the entity operating IND.U Apartments may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands, to pay for the services provided so far, to pay for any damage and to leave IND.U Apartments.
- Each time the Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, he/she should turn off the TV, turn off the light, turn off the taps and lock the door.
- The operator of IND.U Apartments reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card after the Guest’s departure, for damages caused by the Guest and his/her visitors, to which the Guest agrees.
- The entity operating IND.U Apartments has the right to claim compensation from the Guest for the damage caused on a general basis.
Quiet hours
The IND.U Apartments has a quiet hours from 22:00 until 7:00 in the morning.
Complaints
- Guests have the right to lodge a complaint if they notice any shortcomings in the quality of the services provided.
- All complaints are accepted by the Reception of IND.U Apartments.
- A complaint should be lodged immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.
Additional provisions
- IND.U Apartments does not accept animals. Animals are not allowed on the premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in IND.U Apartments and its immediate surroundings. For each case of violation of the smoking ban on the IND.U Apartments premises, the Guest will be charged a fine of PLN 1000.
- Hazardous goods – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials – cannot be stored in the rooms.
- The Guest agrees to the storage and processing of his/her personal data within the scope indicated in the Information Clause. The Information Clause is an annex and integral part of these Rules and Regulations.
- It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises of the IND.U Apartments, to cause unpleasant odours and to undertake other activities that disturb, harm or annoy other Guests of the IND.U Apartments.
- Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the rooms or their furnishings.
Any legal disputes will be settled by the common court having jurisdiction over the premises of the entity running IND.U Apartments.
