Terms & conditions define the order regulations and rules for the provision of services, liability and stay on the premises of the IND.U Apartments facility in Kołobrzeg (ul. Spokojna 19, 78-100 Kołobrzeg) and are an integral part of the sublease agreement, which is concluded between the Guest and the operator (Partner Expert Operator spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) by signing a registration card, as well as by making a reservation and paying a deposit or the entire amount for the stay. at IND.U Apartments. By performing the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms and conditions of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Terms & conditions apply to all persons staying on the premises of IND.U Apartments, including guests, as well as persons staying as guests on the premises of IND.U Apartments.

The operating entity is Partner Expert Operator limited liability company with its registered office in Kołobrzeg (ul. Szpitalna 7, 78-100 Kołobrzeg).

Stay day

1. The stay period lasts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day.
2. Extension of the stay is possible if places are available at IND.U Apartments.
3. Guests are required to check out of the property by 11:00 on the day of departure.
4. In case of late check-out, an additional fee for the "late check-out" service will be charged in the amount of PLN 100 for each additional hour of delay - no longer than until 1:00 p.m.

Reservation and check-in

1. The basis for the guest's check-in is to show the reception employee an ID document with a photo and sign the registration card.
2. The number of people staying in the facility cannot exceed the number reported in the reservation.
3. Persons not registered at IND.U Apartments may stay at IND.U Apartments until 10 p.m.
4. If the declared number of people is exceeded, a penalty of 100% of the booking price will be charged for each additional person above the indicated limit.
5. The entity running IND.U Apartments reserves the right to collect a credit card pre-authorization upon check-in or to collect a cash deposit in the amount due for the entire stay.
6. The reservation is guaranteed if a prepayment of 50% of the value is made within 3 days from the date of reservation. Lack of advance payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
7. If the Guest's stay at IND.U Apartments was booked between July 1 and September 15 each year, the entity running IND.U Apartments will have the right to charge the Guest for the entire planned stay.
8. If the Guest resigns from the stay during the stay, the entity running IND.U Apartments does not refund the fee for a given stay or the booked stay.

Responsibility

1. IND.U Apartments is not liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for the theft or loss of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value if these items have not been deposited and placed in a safe. IND.U Apartments reserves the right to refuse to accept items for deposit.
2. Children under 12 years of age should stay on the premises of IND.U Apartments under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians bear full financial responsibility for any damage resulting from the children's actions.
3. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of IND.U Apartments, resulting from the action or omission of the Guest or people visiting him. In particular, the Guest is responsible for damage to the room equipment, including difficult-to-remove dirt on mattresses and upholstered elements. The entity running IND.U Apartments has the right to charge the Guest for the costs of removing damage or replacing equipment elements with new ones.
4. The Guest is obliged, within an hour of check-in, to report to the IND.U Apartments Reception Desk any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in the room occupied by the IND.U Apartments, which may have occurred before the Guest started using the accommodation services. No reporting of the above. defects within the above-mentioned period will result in the presumption that the damage and destruction referred to in this point resulted from the action or omission of the Guest or persons visiting him, for which the Guest will be responsible.
5. In the event of violation of the provisions of the Terms & Conditions, the entity running IND.U Apartments may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damage and leave IND.U Apartments.
6. Each time a guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, he or she should turn off the TV, turn off the light, turn off the taps and lock the door.
7. The entity running IND.U Apartments reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card after his departure for damage caused by him and his visitors, to which the Guest consents.
8. The entity running IND.U Apartments has the right to claim compensation from the Guest for damage caused on general terms.

Quiet hours apply at IND.U Apartments from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Reklamacje

1. Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of services provided.
2. Wszelkie reklamacje przyjmuje Recepcja IND.U Apartments.
3. A complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.

Postanowienia dodatkowe

1. Pets are allowed after prior arrangement with the property. Additional fees may apply.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in IND.U Apartments and its immediate surroundings. For each violation of the smoking ban on the premises of IND.U Apartments, the Guest will be charged a fine of PLN 1,000.
3. Dangerous goods - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials - cannot be stored in the rooms.
4. The guest consents to the storage and processing of his personal data to the extent indicated in the Information Clause. The information clause constitutes an annex and an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
5. It is prohibited to make excessive noise on the premises of IND.U Apartments, cause unpleasant odors and undertake other activities that disturb, harm or irritate other guests of IND.U Apartments.
6. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the rooms or their equipment.
7. Any unpaid receivables, including failure to make required advance payments or full payments for the stay/services, accrued fees for damage or late check-out, will be reported to the National Debt Register (KRD). Underpayments or failure to pay for the services provided will result in legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. All court disputes will be resolved by a common court competent for the registered office of the entity running IND.U Apartments.
