The IND.U Apartments property is located in Kołobrzeg, 1.2 km from the west beach, 2.6 km from the city center, 2.7 km from the pier, and 2.5 km from the lighthouse. In front of the building, there is a relaxation area and paid parking.

The room has a refrigerator, kitchenette, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a bathroom with a shower. The sofa bed with a mattress is an ideal solution for smaller spaces. Thanks to this, we have a comfortable double bed after unfolding.

The room also has a pouf that can be converted into a single mattress – for example, for a child.
